No. It is priced per agency. Three agents or fifteen, the cost is the same — you should never hesitate over hiring because of what the software will charge.
Is there a contract?

Who owns the data?
Your agency does. Listings, leads and conversations can be exported at any time, and are exported for you if you leave.
Do we need someone technical?
No. Configuration happens in a settings screen, and we do the setup with you over the first two weeks. If your team can use Facebook and LINE, they can use BaanIQ.
Will the chatbot annoy our buyers?
It collects information rather than selling, and says plainly that it is an automated assistant. Once a lead meets your threshold it goes to a person immediately.
